- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆terrible experience. Their website doesn't accept payments to loans, so you have to call them about 20 times each month (not an exaggeration) until you can actually get someone on the phone. They charge you $8 just to use a debit card to make a payment, and they won't keep any info on file so you have to call them with all of your info ready every single month. The girls who work there generally are whiney and complaining if you actually stop in. Would not recommend to anyone.By Josie Davis, July 04, 2017
